1. Introduction

ELDT Nation provides online training courses for Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements. Our courses are designed to help users meet federal and state training requirements for obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Course Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials.
Course access is limited to the registered user and is non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
ELDT Nation reserves the right to modify course content at any time.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All users who register an account are granted free access to Lesson 1 of Class A and Class B courses. To continue beyond Lesson 1, users must purchase the full course at the listed price. Access to Hazmat and Passenger courses requires payment before beginning.
ELDT Nation offers a limited refund policy. Customers are eligible for a full refund only if they have completed 25% or less of the course.
Course access is valid for 365 days from the date of enrollment. If a course is not completed within this timeframe, access may be terminated.
Additional fees may apply to extend course access beyond 365 days.
If ELDT Nation discontinues a course within 365 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued to affected students.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid request.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate suspension or termination of the student’s account.

6. Authentication & Identity Verification

To comply with federal and state requirements, ELDT Nation may require identity verification, including:

Submission of a valid government-issued ID.
Completion of an identity verification process prior to certification.
Use of facial recognition or other secure methods for exam monitoring.

Failure to complete the authentication process may result in an inability to receive course certification.

7. Certification & Compliance

ELDT Nation provides training in accordance with FMCSA ELDT regulations.
Successful completion of a course does not guarantee passing any required state or federal CDL exams.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet all state and federal requirements.

8. Intellectual Property & License

All course content, videos, text, graphics, and materials are the exclusive property of ELDT Nation.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for personal education.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ELDT Nation is not responsible for any failure to obtain certification or licensure.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

10. Termination of Use

ELDT Nation reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
